We look forward to treating you in a safe environment! These are the safety protocols we have implemented:
Clients and staff will be required to wear a protective face mask.
Clients and staff will need to be free of COVID-19 symptoms. We will screen clients upon arrival with a questionnaire prior to entering the building. If you currently feel sick, please stay at home, call our office at 443-686-8062 to reschedule your appointment and call your physician. This is especially important if you have symptoms of COVID-19 illness (i.e. fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose, muscle aches, nausea, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell or shortness of breath). The same thing applies if you have had any of these symptoms within the past 14 days or have a family member who is ill.
Scheduled clients will need to plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes ahead of their appointment time and text 443-686-8062 upon arrival at our office. We will meet you at the door for screening and escort you to your treatment room. If you arrive earlier than 5 minutes in advance please wait in your vehicle. If clients arrive late, they will be asked to reschedule to avoid delays with other appointments.
The only guests that will be permitted in our office are those with scheduled appointments. Please do not bring children or guests to your appointment as only one client is allowed with our medical provider at a time.
Please maintain social distancing when inside and outside of the building.
Clients need to secure non-essential personal items (large purses, jackets, accessories, etc.) in their vehicle prior to entering.
Upon entry, use the hand sanitizer station located at the front door.
As usual, our treatment room will be disinfected by the service provider prior to the start of each day, between each client and at the end of each day.
